Job summary

PHOENIX group - Integrated Healthcare Provider in Runcorn is seeking a Digital Product Designer to shape user experiences across web, mobile and low-code platforms. You will lead end-to-end design, collaborate with Product, Engineering and business stakeholders, and deliver accessible, commercially effective solutions.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will run user research, create journeys, wireframes, prototypes and style guides, champion accessibility, and contribute to design systems

Qualifications

• Experience designing digital products in a regulated environment.
• Strong UX and UI design across web and mobile.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to create journeys, wireframes, prototypes and design systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects in Agile environments.
• Experience with low-code platforms.
• Knowledge of digital performance metrics and KPIs.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated sectors.

Responsibilities

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.15

Join our Digital team as a Digital Product Designer and play a key role in shaping the user experience across our digital products and services. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you'll lead the design of customer-facing digital experiences across web, mobile and low-code platforms, working closely with Product, Engineering and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, accessible and commercially effective solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end design process across digital products and platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and design thinking activities with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides and UX standards.
• Champion accessibility, user-centred design and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
