Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with trading experience in the UK.

The Business Analyst will leverage their knowledge of financial markets and trading processes to identify business needs, analyze data, and recommend solutions to improve and optimize operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and documenting business requirements related to trading operations, including front-to-back processes.
• Collaborating with traders and stakeholders to understand challenges and needs.
• Analyzing existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyzing current systems and processes to find bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Working with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Developing system requirements and specifications for trading systems.
• Understanding execution workflows across asset classes such as equities, fixed income, and FX.
• Working closely with developers and product managers to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including executives, to explain issues and recommend solutions.
• Managing expectations and keeping stakeholders informed of project progress.
• Being familiar with trade capture, execution, and lifecycle events.
• Collaborating with traders on new products or services development.
