The Business Analyst will leverage their knowledge of financial markets and trading processes to identify business needs, analyze data, and recommend solutions to improve and optimize trading operations.

Responsibilities include:

1. Identify and document business requirements related to trading operations, including front-to-back processes.
2. Collaborate with traders and stakeholders to understand challenges and needs.
3. Analyze existing processes for improvements.
4. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in systems and processes.
5. Work with technical teams to design and implement solutions.
6. Develop system requirements and specifications for trading systems.
7. Understand execution workflows across asset classes (equities, fixed income, FX).
8. Coordinate with developers and product managers to ensure solutions meet business and technical needs.
9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, to explain issues and solutions.
10. Manage stakeholder expectations and project updates.
11. Be familiar with trade capture, execution, and lifecycle events.
12. Collaborate on designing and implementing solutions for new products or services.
