Position Overview: We are seeking senior personnel in the UK for the role of Business Analyst with trading experience. The ideal candidate will leverage their knowledge of financial markets and trading processes to identify business needs, analyze data, and recommend solutions to improve and optimize trading operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and documenting business requirements related to trading operations, including front-to-back processes.
• Collaborating with traders and stakeholders to understand challenges and needs.
• Analyzing existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Assessing current systems to find bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Working with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Developing system requirements and specifications for trading systems.
• Understanding execution workflows across asset classes such as equities, fixed income, and FX.
• Working closely with developers and product managers to ensure solutions align with business and technical requirements.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including executives, to explain complex issues and propose solutions.
• Managing stakeholder expectations and keeping them informed of project progress.
• Familiarity with trade capture, execution, and lifecycle events.
• Collaborating with traders to design and implement solutions for new products or services.
