Cox Enterprises is seeking a Product Owner in the Manchester/Leeds area to shape the evolution of our market-leading digital marketplace. You will translate business needs into tangible product initiatives and collaborate across Engineering, UX, Data, Commercial and Operations to deliver customer-centric solutions.

You will own the backlog, define user stories, and drive roadmaps, using data and market insights to inform prioritisation.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner or similar digital role.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery.
• Experience managing product backlogs and writing user stories.

• Define user stories, acceptance criteria and product requirements that enable successful delivery.
• Support the creation and execution of product roadmaps aligned to strategic objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Champion Agile ways of working and act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
• Help shape the future direction of our marketplace platform and customer journey.
