The Product Owner at Giacom plays a key role in developing our platform. They are responsible for shaping the company's product vision and ensuring its realization. The Product Owner supports the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to delivering a high-quality, viable product.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate with the Product Team to establish the product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and OKRs.
• Present solutions to stakeholders and clients, gather feedback, understand customer needs, and incorporate them into product development.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with roadmaps, planning, and impact assessments.
• Ensure cross-functional teams share an understanding of product goals, customer needs, and business value.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Engineers, Designers, Solution Architects, QA Managers, and agile delivery leads to ensure user stories, product design, and quality standards are met, and challenge solutions where appropriate.
• Conduct and support competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Collaborate with the User-centered Design team to maintain UX standards and participate in wireframing and storyboarding.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner of software applications (SaaS, native app).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Ability to motivate others, lead change, and manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for creating solutions and embracing change.
• Keen eye for information design and user experience.
• Practical experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including backlog management and sprint planning.
• Understanding of quality control and change management processes.
