About this Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Product Owner to lead a cross-functional team in developing new cross-sell products, driving growth by identifying and commercializing new ideas across business lines.

You will collaborate with business leads, UX/UI designers, developers, and other teams working on innovative value propositions and product opportunities.

We seek a curious, data-informed, customer-focused team member with a growth mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of building analytics and testing capabilities.

You will work closely with stakeholders to develop product roadmaps, backlogs, and translate customer and business needs into features and stories. Collaboration with Scrum Masters and other teams is essential for successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Focus initially on identifying and validating bets, then championing them through to execution by forming dedicated squads.
2. Contribute to business objectives through squad work, participating in sprint demos and demonstrating value contribution.
3. Collaborate with the business to define priorities and roadmaps, ensuring stakeholder requirements are understood and aligned.
4. Define features, epics, and user stories in partnership with technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring completeness and clarity.
5. Manage and prioritize the squad backlog, develop acceptance criteria, and advocate for quality.
6. Provide continuous feedback and support to the squad, clarifying requirements and ensuring delivery quality.
7. Handle live incidents and bugs, making impact-based priority calls and leading resolution steps.
8. Coordinate dependencies with other Product Owners and Scrum Masters, resolving conflicts collaboratively.
9. Support change delivery processes, managing risks, assumptions, and dependencies transparently.

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple workflows.
• Attention to detail with a pragmatic approach.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to understand technology and products.
• Experience as a Product Owner or in an agile environment, with knowledge of Agile practices and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of scaled agile frameworks, roles, and capabilities.
• Facilitation skills for discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Experience in Financial Services, especially lending products.
• Relevant business analysis qualifications or experience.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions, API management, CI/CD pipelines, etc.
• Experience in transformational projects or re-platforming.
• Expertise in customer journey optimization.
