Job summary

Foundation Partners, embedded with Flok Health, seeks driven software engineers with product mindset for full-stack work focused on UX and scale. The role is in-person in Cambridge, UK (4 days a week), with relocation support for those with existing Right to Work; sponsorship is not offered.

You will collaborate with design, product, and leadership to deliver consumer-facing applications across devices, improve observability, and contribute to the technical roadmap while delivering meaningful

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in TypeScript and Python.
• Experience with full-stack web development and frontend emphasis.
• Collaborates with product and UX to shape apps for users.
• Experience scaling consumer-facing web apps.
• Ability to mentor teammates and mature engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Build new features with a frontend focus in a full-stack context.
• Design non-functional app features like offline support and observability.
• Contribute to technical roadmap planning with leadership.
• Work with product/UX to iterate on app design and requirements.
• Improve test coverage across devices and browsers.
• Take ownership and drive data-driven decisions.
