EPR Services on Amazon aims to transform how sellers fulfill their Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance obligations in the EU, allowing them to continue selling on Amazon. EPR is an environmental policy making sellers responsible for the entire lifecycle of their products, from design to end-of-life.

As a Product Ops Manager, you will help establish the product operations necessary for compliance reporting and payments for sellers. This role involves collaboration with product, tech, legal, compliance authorities, and fee stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and oversee mechanisms to monitor the seller journey and interactions with our product to ensure metrics, goals, and project delivery.
2. Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to develop features and processes that enhance seller experience and meet business objectives.
3. Identify and improve process efficiencies related to the product.
4. Proactively find gaps or blockers in the seller experience, propose solutions, and drive their implementation.
5. Communicate updates on strategic programs and metrics to leaders and stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or related fields.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with legal, product, and internal business teams to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
