Job summary

NOCN Group is seeking a motivated Product Operations Manager (Skills for Life & Work) to join our Product Development team. Reporting to the Group Head of Products, you will lead on sector operational strategy for qualifications, courses and assessment development and drive innovations in digitisation and modern assessment models.

You will collaborate with regulators and senior leadership to ensure our products meet current industry standards and future skills needs, while aligning to

Qualifications

• Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy required.
• Significant experience and evidence of curriculum management and qualification or programme operations.
• Significant experience managing projects, operational workflows, processes and delivery.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including engagement with regulators and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the sector operational strategy for qualifications, courses and assessment development.
• Lead on the sector strategy, identifying opportunities for growth, innovation and digitisation.
• Act as a senior authority on qualification design, assessment methodology, and awarding body best practice.
• Champion innovation, including digital-first development approaches and modern assessment models.
• Provide sector-specific insight to ensure products reflect industry standards and future skills needs.
• Ensure alignment to occupational standards, apprenticeship standards and employer requirements where applicable.
