Job summary

Nexperia's R&D Product Modelling team is expanding with a Product Modelling Engineer. You will develop virtual prototyping for advanced power MOSFET platforms, simulate electrical behaviour and bring new technologies to life.

You will collaborate with international engineering teams, support customers through problem solving and training, and contribute to a global semiconductor manufacturer producing over 100 billion devices each year.

Qualifications

Essential: BSc/MSc/MEng/PhD in electronics/semiconductor physics/mathematics.
Self-motivated learner who enjoys tackling new technical challenges.
Prior experience in a similar or relevant field.

Responsibilities

Develop and validate virtual prototyping for advanced power MOSFET platforms.
Develop all new silicon technologies with simulation support.
Collaborate with international engineering teams to solve complex device challenges.
Support internal and external customers through problem-solving and training.
