Qualifications

• Essential BSc/MSc/MEng/PhD in electronics/semiconductor physics/mathematics.
• Proven ability to tackle new technical challenges and learn independently.
• Experience with circuit simulation and SPICE modelling is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate virtual prototyping for advanced power MOSFET platforms.
• Develop new silicon technologies with simulation support.
• Collaborate with international engineering teams to solve device challenges.
• Support customers through problem-solving and training.
