Job summary

ParentPay Group is seeking a Product Marketing Manager on a Fixed Term contract to drive positioning and go-to-market across Schoolcomms/Parental Engagement and Reading Cloud. You will translate product developments into clear customer propositions and enable commercial teams with compelling messaging.

You will work with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Onboarding to ensure communications, launches and migrations align with product readiness and customer needs, while managing

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ Product Marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, EdTech or B2B technology.
• Strong positioning, messaging and content development skills.
• Experience supporting product launches, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement and customer adoption.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Proactive, commercially aware and able to work independently with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for Schoolcomms/Parental Engagement and Reading Cloud, tailored to key customer audiences.
• Collaborate with Product and commercial teams to ensure accurate, consistent messaging aligned with customer needs and market insights.
• Go-to-Market and Product Communications: Support product launches, enhancements and updates through go-to-market planning and internal/customer communications.
• Partner with Marketing to develop campaigns and content that drive awareness, adoption, retention and growth, while managing launch dependencies.
• Customer Migration and Adoption: Develop targeted communications supporting product migrations, consolidation and changes to existing solutions.
• Sales Enablement and Internal Readiness: Create tailored sales materials, product messaging and resources; deliver internal briefings and FAQs.
• Gather customer, market and competitor insights to inform product positioning and marketing activity.
• Build cross-functional relationships, managing priorities and dependencies across both product areas.
