The TM Forum marketing team set the brand strategy, create and deliver our go-to-market, support lines of business and events, and drive member value through engaging campaigns and communications.

We are seeking a hands-on Product / Solution Marketing Manager to join our innovative team. This is a new role focussed on driving the adoption and growth of our 3 industry focussed Missions, related solutions, and Open Digital Architecture (ODA) products through strategic marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in bridging technical product development gap and the market needs to deliver impactful marketing strategies.

What you’ll do:
  • Working into the Director of Product Marketing to develop clear, compelling messaging that highlights the value and differentiation of our Missions and ODA-compliant products.
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for our Missions and ODA-related products, including product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Create high-quality marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, blog posts, presentations, and website content.
  • Strong influencer skills and ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with a wide variety of colleagues.
  • Work closely with Mission owners, product management, engineering, sales, and events teams to align product development with their marketing demands.
  • An ability to move from the big picture to taking hands-on responsibility for delivering high quality practical outputs within short timeframes.
  • Build relationships with customers to gather feedback and identify use cases for ODA adoption.
  • Represent TM Forum at industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote Mission solutions and engage stakeholders.
  • Must have a dynamic and flexible attitude and an ability to work with people at all levels within the organization
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
What you’ll need to succeed:
  • 3–5 years in product marketing or a related role within the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to create engaging content tailored for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and customer insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of OSS/BSS systems; familiarity with cloud-native technologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of TM Forum’s Open Digital Architecture (ODA), including Open APIs and microservices architectures would set a candidate apart.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation trends in telecommunications would be a plus.
Why Join TM Forum?
  • Be part of a forward-thinking organization shaping the future of telecommunications through cutting-edge frameworks like ODA.
  • Opportunities for professional development and advancement in a collaborative global team.
  • A supportive and inclusive work environment that values creativity, innovation, and diversity.

We know that sometimes the 'perfect candidate' doesn't exist, and that people can be put off applying for a job if they don't fit all the requirements. If you're excited about working for us and have most of the skills or experience we're looking for, please go ahead and apply. You could be just what we need! We believe strongly in the value of diversity and creating supportive, inclusive environments where our colleagues can succeed.
