Head of Integrated Marketing

Location: London, UK (Hybrid, 2 days a week in the office)

About the role

TM Forum is the global industry member alliance for telco and tech companies with over 800 communication service providers, vendors, hyperscalers, consultancies and system integrators, including the world’s top ten CSPs and top three NEPs and hyperscalers.

The TM Forum marketing team set the brand strategy, create and deliver our go-to-market, support lines of business and events, and drive member value through engaging campaigns and communications.

Reporting into the VP Marketing, the Head of Integrated Marketing is responsible for unifying marketing efforts across the business to drive demand, creating a consistent and compelling member experience, and meeting company objectives.

This is a new strategic marketing leadership role, with a unique opportunity to transform TM Forum’s marketing approach and deliver measurable impact.

What you’ll do:
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with TM Forum’s business objectives and brand vision.
  • Lead a team of campaign and events marketing managers, to deliver compelling and innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for providing market analysis, insights, and competitive landscape to inform go-to-market strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop a demand generation strategy that drives new business and expands the existing customer base.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content and creative assets that resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage membership marketing and communications, keeping members engaged and informed.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee sales enablement and effectiveness, equipping the sales team with the necessary resources, training, and campaign content to succeed.
  • Work with the Marketing Operations team to build systems and processes to track and report on key performance metrics; monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns; and use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Drive innovation and experimentation in marketing approaches to stay ahead of industry trends and consumer expectations.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Work with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing efforts.
What you’ll need to succeed:
  • 10+ years’ proven experience in Marketing, Communications, Brand, and Demand Generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience delivering successful integrated marketing strategy and campaigns (e.g. digital marketing, social media, content marketing, advertising).
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce), and campaign management best practice.
  • Familiarity with SEO, website UX optimization, and personalization
  • Project management experience with a proven ability to prioritise work, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, and presentation, with the ability to manage a variety of stakeholders.
  • A proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to enhance TM Forum’s brand and member experience.
  • Fluent in English (other languages are very welcome!).
