What’s the opportunity?

This pivotal role involves taking ownership of a diverse product portfolio, crafting and delivering marketing strategies that resonate globally. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, sales experts, and leading clinicians to launch products with purpose and precision.

In this role, you’ll:

• Build and execute marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption
• Create compelling content – from case studies and clinical results to digital campaigns and video content
• Equip international sales teams with impactful tools and messaging
• Work with KOLs and beta sites to generate advocacy and product insights
• Use market data and customer feedback to shape pricing and positioning strategies
• Present to internal and external audiences with confidence and clarity
• Support product launches, post-market feedback, and ongoing product evolution

What you’ll bring:

• Proven marketing experience in a technical or regulated industry; Life Sciences experience is preferred
• A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field
• Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and digital
• Commercial acumen and the ability to influence cross-functionally
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work at pace
• High-level IT skills, including digital marketing and social media
• Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally
