SquaredUp Ltd. is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to own messaging and campaigns across product marketing, website, events, email, social, and sales enablement.

This hands-on, senior individual contributor role requires shaping a clear narrative for DevOps, ITOps, and MSP audiences and collaborating with the CEO, Product, DevRel, and Sales. You’ll turn product value into content that resonates, drive conversions, and raise SquaredUp Cloud’s profile in customer communities through

Qualifications

• Imaginative, authentic, non-corporate tone with edge.
• Ability to collaborate across product, DevRel, sales, growth marketing, and the CEO.
• Strong writing across blogs, web copy, social, email, and presentations.
• Fast learner who can drop into unfamiliar product/market quickly.
• Explain SquaredUp Cloud for busy DevOps/ITOps/MSP audiences.
• Proof you can write in SquaredUp’s voice without a brief.
• Prior exposure to observability/monitoring/DevOps/MSP is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own the engines: website, ads, events, email, social; shape messaging.
• Develop materials to empower sales and shorten the path from interest to sale.
• Raise SquaredUp’s profile in customer communities with authentic content.
• Create battlecards, positioning, competitive intel to improve conversions.
