Job summary

Lorien is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the roadmap and delivery of Workday Core HCM and Talent Acquisition products for a large global organisation. This fully remote 9-10 month contract is focused on HR technology and employee lifecycle improvements.

You will work with HR, Talent Acquisition, Shared Services and Technology to define priorities, manage backlogs, and oversee agile delivery across the employee lifecycle from pre-hire to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Workday Core HCM and/or Talent Acquisition projects.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle workflows.
• Experience managing backlogs, prioritisation, and stakeholder expectations.
• Proven Agile delivery experience in large, complex global organisations.
• Experience in HR technology environments.

Responsibilities

Product Manager (Workday HCM & Talent Acquisition)

Remote 9-10 Month Contract

Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the roadmap and delivery of Workday Core HCM and Talent Acquisition products within a large global organisation.

You'll work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Shared Services and Technology teams to define priorities, manage product backlogs and deliver improvements across the employee lifecycle, from pre-hire through onboarding. This role requires a strong understanding of HR business processes, stakeholder management and Agile delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Product Management experience within HR technology environments
• Knowledge of Workday Core HCM and/or Talent Acquisition
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle workflows
• Experience managing backlogs, prioritisation and stakeholder expectations
• Agile delivery experience
• Previous experience within large, complex global organisations

Desirable:

• Experience working in a global Workday environment
• Exposure to SAFe delivery frameworks
• Retail or similar high-volume workforce environments

This is a fully remote contract with an initial term of 9-10 months and potential for extension.
