PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position works within the Product team and reports to the Senior Product Manager Sustainability. The main purpose and summary of the position is to have ownership of the Sustainability Performance Management solution and the continuing development of the product based on customer needs. This is a growth area for our Company, so we are hiring a dynamic individual that can help us take these offerings to the next level.


Major duties and responsibilities include:
  • Write effective user stories that can easily be translated and interpreted by the development team so that they can develop the requirements that are needed to delight our customers.
  • Prioritize user stories to ensure the various initiatives are completed on time and aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Working alongside the development team, participate in daily standups to communicate and coordinate the ongoing development requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate sprint demos clearly communicating what was accomplished, and what’s next to all stakeholders.
  • Participate and help coordinate deployment schedules
  • In coordination with the development team, help create forecasts for various projects so that estimated milestones, timelines, and budget requests can be made.
  • Working with the Product Marketing team to assist in the creation of the product roadmap.
  • Actively involve critical stakeholders throughout the product life cycle by supplying well-timed information.
  • Other duties as requested.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology or engineering and/or proven success driving technical projects. Master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of management/Project/Product experience
  • Robust knowledge of CSRD, SFDR, EU Taxonomy and other regulatory frameworks related to Climate Change and ESG, as well as of common voluntary reporting frameworks such as CDP, GRI, UNPRI
  • Pragmatic marketing experience/certification a plus
  • Agile experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; must be able to effectively communicate business concepts to technologists and technology concepts to business partners
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and willingness to be flexible if priorities change
  • Ability to maintain composure, exercise good judgment, and act in a professional manner when challenged; ability to build and sustain positive and collaborative working relationships
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI etc.)
  • Ability to develop and implement tracking metrics and perform ad hoc analysis via Excel, SQL query, Google Analytics, Tableau and SASto drive fact-based decisions a significant plus.
  • Advanced customer service skills
