Job Summary

As Corporate Sustainability Manager at Novati (part of Reconomy), you will develop strong working relationships with our client base, demonstrating an understanding of the client’s needs and offering forward-thinking solutions.

You will be responsible for driving the business forward through innovative solutions, identifying new revenue streams, and presenting them at site and head office level.

It will be your responsibility to gain and expand your knowledge of your client’s industry and the waste industry, using this knowledge to offer bespoke solutions aligned with the client’s needs and strategic plan, without compromising legislation, service provision, or margin.

Providing monthly statistical data analysis pertinent to the client’s requirements, including but not limited to:

  • Spend
  • Education & training support requirements
  • Market knowledge
  • Compliance updates & records
  • Service success

Typical duties and responsibilities for this role include:

  • Providing weekly updates to the Head of Corporate Sustainability on activities.
  • Providing monthly reports for the Corporate Sustainability Management meeting.
  • Maintaining customer records and service details using our bespoke system, The Hub.
  • Monitoring and updating delivery/induction/support plans monthly.
  • Making well-thought-out decisions with minimal guidance.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of Account Management experience in the waste industry

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Outstanding customer service experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Grade C or above in Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
