Job summary

Hypori Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to drive strategic objectives, shape the roadmap, and manage priorities across the product lifecycle for the Hypori Security Messaging Product Suite.

This role blends customer engagement with hands-on technical work and requires coordinating with a globally distributed team, including occasional meetings outside standard hours. You will lead discovery, align customer needs with the roadmap, and partner with security, engineering, sales, and marketing to

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management or related role.
• Hold or willing to obtain BPSS clearance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or relevant industry experience.
• Product architecture and design experience for cloud-scale enterprise software deployed globally and run 24x7 as a service on cloud providers such as AWS.
• Experience driving elements of the product development lifecycle such as product vision, go-to-market strategy, requirements gathering, and product launch.
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs with Figma or similar software.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.
• Strong customer-first approach with ability to balance business needs against customer requirements to deliver an optimized experience.
• Experience in conducting competitive research and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Understand and synthesize customer, market, and business needs to inform and drive product strategy.
• Develop and maintain a current understanding of industry and technology trends.
• Collaborate with Security, Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Information Governance, Customer Success, and Leadership to define requirements.
• Support the product vision and manage the roadmap for your area, keeping it aligned with goals and customer needs.
• Deliver a financially sound, continuously improving technology platform.
• Protect IP, user data, and system integrity by following secure software development practices.
