Yorkshire Building Society is seeking a pricing-focused analyst to manage the day-to-day performance of the savings portfolio in a flexible hybrid role in Ledston, England. Qualifications

• Experience in pricing, product management, commercial management, portfolio management or similar analytical role.
• Strong commercial awareness balancing customer, financial and business considerations.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and present recommendations.
• Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Strong communication skills to present to senior audiences.
• Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement and results.
• Financial services experience in savings, mortgages or retail banking is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day trading performance of the savings portfolio.
• Develop pricing recommendations balancing customer outcomes, funding needs and commercial performance.
• Monitor competitor activity, market developments and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support delivery of savings pricing changes, product launches and withdrawals.
• Build clear, evidence-based recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Provide analysis and insight on portfolio performance, pricing actions and market trends.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of the Society's savings pricing strategy.
• Ensure all pricing activity delivers good customer outcomes and meets regulatory expectations.
