Job Title: Product Manager - Reproductive Medicine

Role Overview

This role supports the Marketing Manager in implementing the brand plan for the Reproductive Medicine portfolio, planning and organizing marketing actions in the field to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and adapt international product strategies to local markets.
  2. Develop and execute marketing plans for one or more products.
  3. Gather and analyze competitor intelligence and market data to generate insights for ongoing marketing strategies.
  4. Develop, own, and monitor the omnichannel digital marketing plan.
  5. Adapt and develop promotional materials.
  6. Present promotional materials at meetings and train Medical team members and KAMs.
  7. Maintain and develop relationships with KOLs and scientific societies.
  8. Participate actively in sales-related tasks.
  9. Attend major scientific meetings.
  10. Manage Veeva PromoMat approvals.
  11. Track monthly and quarterly marketing, revenue, and spend KPIs.
  12. Monitor progress with tactical plans.
  13. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including medical, regulatory, clinical, and global marketing teams.
  14. Ensure compliance with ABPI Code of Practice.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including digital marketing and brand management.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences.
  • Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and ABPI Code of Practice.
  • Experience working with the UK NHS and understanding of its stakeholders and political influences.
  • Knowledge of ROI healthcare system.
  • Experience in marketing management and developing key opinion leader advocacy.
  • Sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to organize workload and achieve complex objectives.
  • Proven track record of delivery and excellent numeracy skills for forecast and budget models.
