Job summary

Munich Re in London seeks an IT Product Manager to coordinate with internal and offshore partners, ensuring secure, stable production and managed costs. You will drive the product lifecycle, plan roadmaps, oversee releases, and align requirements with architecture and security refactoring, while maintaining governance and audit readiness.

The role requires 5+ years in IT product management, strong SDLC knowledge, and excellent cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in IT product management or a similar role.
Proven experience with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Oracle, and SQL.
Strong SDLC knowledge and Agile/DevOps methodologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluent Business English with global, cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal and external offshore product support resources to address incidents and requests.
Ensure secure, stable production run and manage product costs.
Establish run, support, incident and monitoring processes aligned with business needs.
Monitor KPIs and drive improvement measures for service provisioning.
Oversee compliant releases to production and manage product lifecycle.
Guide product roadmaps to business requirements, architecture, and refactoring.
Coordinate governance, documentation and audit requirements (BAFin and others).
