Arch Europe Insurance Services Ltd is seeking a leader to drive Product Management capability across Arch International. You will translate strategic priorities into clear product strategies, roadmaps and measurable outcomes while aligning with IT and data teams.

The role requires senior stakeholder engagement, governance leadership and the ability to shape demand and delivery across multiple portfolios.

Formación

• Significant experience in Product Management, Strategic Operations, Business Transformation or related discipline.
• Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps and prioritisation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Product Management operating models, governance and value management.
• Experience influencing senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain the Product Management Centre of Excellence.
• Define standards, templates and ways of working for product strategy, vision, roadmaps and demand management.
• Lead communities of practice to support adoption of Product Management practices.
• Explain governance and operating models to stakeholders and advise on improvements.
• Translate strategic objectives into product roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Support portfolio governance, investment decisions and business case development.
• Monitor portfolio performance and realisation of value.
• Collaborate with IT to align Product Management with technology and data teams.
• Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and opportunities.
