Our Mission

Our mission at Goodstack is to revolutionize how the world does good.

We empower companies to seamlessly integrate positive impact into their operations through a unified platform while supporting nonprofits in gaining access to technology and funding.

Global brands like LinkedIn, HSBC, OpenAI, Atlassian, and Twilio, along with nonprofits such as the Red Cross, Cancer Research, and Oxfam, use Goodstack to make a difference.

We are on a rapid growth trajectory. In 2024, we facilitated $3 billion in donations. Our goal is to become the leading platform for donations to nonprofits worldwide. We need talented individuals to join us on this journey — we need you!

Join Our Series A Startup as Product Manager (Payments) to Build the World's Most Efficient Global Donation Rails

We’re seeking an exceptional Product Manager to lead our financial infrastructure products, including payouts, settlements, tax management, and ledger systems. This role is central to our mission of efficiently delivering donations globally.

You will ensure donations are paid out to charities efficiently, leveraging your knowledge of financial tech and money movements, and working with stakeholders internally and externally.

Your mission as Product Manager (Payments) will be to:

Strategic Leadership

  • Partner with Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success to understand operational needs and customer pain points.
  • Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making for product development and optimization.

Product Development

  • Shape the roadmap and lead end-to-end product development from discovery to delivery, ensuring business impact.
  • Establish and monitor relevant metrics and KPIs to evaluate product performance and inform the roadmap.
  • Implement testing strategies, including usability and beta testing.
  • Ship value often and facilitate discovery of new initiatives through prioritization conversations.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with legal, risk, and financial teams to ensure compliant product design.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Communicate product strategy and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Success after 3 months will include:
  • Understanding of existing payment infrastructure.
  • Identification of immediate optimization opportunities.
  • Established relationships with key stakeholders.
Ideal candidate profile:
  • 5–8 years of experience leading complex product areas.
  • Experience with payments, transfers, and financial reconciliation products.
  • Solid understanding of money movements, ideally in global payments.
  • Experience working with financial, risk, and legal stakeholders to ensure compliance and user-centric design.
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Scale-up experience and technical understanding to work closely with engineers.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
Bonus points for:
  • Knowledge of or interest in leveraging AI to automate processes.
What we offer:

Salary reviews, share options, office lunch, private medical insurance, annual budgets for wellbeing and development, conference attendance, library, volunteer days, 25 days annual leave plus holidays, birthday leave, wellness and sick leave, pension, cycle-to-work scheme, flexible hours, parental leave, WFH budget, and a vibrant London office environment.
