The Role

As Co-Founder & Head of Business Development (UK-Based), you will:

• Drive deal flow with UK-based enterprises and startups, innovation teams, and businesses embedding AI into operations, product development, and team training
• Focus on specific disciplines of SaaS, Web3, fintech, and the banking industry
• Plug Lab88 into key UK startup ecosystems
• Lead our GTM and outbound strategy — build the process, own the messaging, and close high-impact deals
• Expand and scale 88Node, our partner program with VCs, startup studios, and tech communities
• Represent Lab88 at UK demo days, innovation forums, pitch events, and founder circles

This isn’t just about sales — it’s about owning the revenue engine of a fast-moving studio and acting as co-architect of Lab88’s commercial growth in one of the world’s most innovative markets.

What You Bring

• 7+ years in B2B partnerships, sales, or GTM (preferably at a SaaS company, agency, or tech consultancy)
• A strong network in the UK startup and business landscape — ideally including VCs, SaaS, and fintech companies
• Confidence in selling to founders, CTOs, CPOs, and innovation leads
• Demonstrated ability to sell or position technical or AI-driven products to both non-technical and technical buyers
• Proven success in closing 5–6 figure consultative sales with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of the UK tech ecosystem , sales cycles, and the evolving AI adoption landscape
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience pitching to founders, investors, and senior stakeholders
• A strategic mindset with the ability to build scalable systems for lead generation, partnerships, and revenue growth
• Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating without micromanagement — owning both strategy and execution
• A bias toward execution, velocity, and structured growth
• Entrepreneurial energy — you think like a founder and act like a high-trust operator
