Join Our Series A Startup as Product Manager (Payments)

We’re looking for an exceptional Product Manager to lead our financial infrastructure products, including payouts, settlements, tax management, and ledger systems. This role is key to delivering donations efficiently from customers to charities globally.

In this role, you’ll ensure donations on behalf of our customers reach charities effectively. If you have experience with financial tech & money movements, enjoy delivering roadmaps, and collaborating with stakeholders, this could be your perfect role!

Your mission as Product Manager (Payments):

Strategic Leadership

• Partner with Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success to understand operational needs and pain points.
• Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Use data to inform decisions for product development and optimization.

Product Development

• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery to delivery, ensuring business impact.
• Establish and monitor product metrics and KPIs to analyze performance.
• Implement testing strategies including usability and beta testing.
• Prioritize initiatives and deliver value frequently.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with legal, risk, and financial teams to ensure compliance.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Communicate strategy and progress to leadership.

Success after 3 months:

• Deep understanding of payment infrastructure.
• Identified immediate optimization opportunities.
• Built relationships with key stakeholders.

Ideal candidate:

• 5-8 years of experience leading complex product areas.
• Experience with payments, transfers, and reconciliation.
• Understanding of money movements, ideally globally.
• Experience working with financial, risk, and legal teams.
• Collaborative, with a startup mindset and scale-up experience.
• Technical understanding to work closely with engineers.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
