Job summary

EY UK is seeking an experienced OneEdge Business Product Manager to shape, scale, and own the business value of the AI-first OneEdge platform. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, data, and client delivery, translating market needs into a clear product vision and executable roadmap.

As a core member of the OneEdge product leadership team, you will partner with engineering, data science, design, and client-serving teams to ensure OneEdge delivers measurable impact for

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or strategy roles within consulting, professional services, or tech-enabled businesses.
• Proven experience owning and delivering digital or data-driven products end-to-end.
• Experience with AI, analytics, or data platforms in a client-facing context.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the business product vision for OneEdge, aligned to EY's strategy and client needs.
• Own the product backlog and roadmap, prioritize features based on client value and commercial impact.
• Partner with technology and data teams to shape AI-driven capabilities, including AI workflows and LLM-enabled insights.
• Engage directly with clients to understand problems, validate solutions, and refine product capabilities.
• Track and report on client outcomes, adoption, and revenue impact.
