Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager for the AI Product Team within EY-Parthenon UKI. You will own an enterprise product objective end-to-end, shaping the MVP, roadmap and adoption in collaboration with senior stakeholders and technical teams.

You don’t need to be a pure AI expert, but you will learn enough about data pipelines and AI-enabled decision support to make informed trade-offs, balancing user value with governance and risk considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience owning complex enterprise or internal products from problem definition through delivery and adoption.
• Strong product discovery skills, including user research, workflow mapping, problem framing, synthesis and prioritisation.
• Experience defining MVP scope, product requirements, roadmaps and delivery priorities in ambiguous environments.
• Evidence of shipping products that changed how users worked, not just managing delivery plans or backlogs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior business stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
• Ability to work across product, business, data, engineering, infrastructure and legal & risk teams.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to structure complex topics and explain trade-offs simply.
• Curiosity about AI, data and decision-support products, with willingness to learn enough to make informed product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own a product objective end-to-end, from problem definition to MVP scope, roadmap, delivery priorities and adoption.
• Lead discovery with senior users, working with Partners, pursuit teams and practitioners to map workflows and improvements.
• Shape the MVP and roadmap by prioritising high-impact use cases and balancing value, data readiness and technical constraints.
• Partner with data, engineering, infrastructure, design, risk and security teams to build feasible, governed products.
• Drive adoption by embedding products into real workflows, defining success measures and using feedback to refine priorities.
• Help build the product function with discovery, prioritisation, governance and stakeholder engagement processes.
