Job summary

EY is seeking a OneEdge Business Product Manager to shape, scale, and own the business value of the AI-first OneEdge platform. You will bridge strategy, technology, data, and client delivery to translate market needs into a clear product vision and executable roadmap.

As a core member of the OneEdge product leadership team, you’ll collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and client-serving teams to achieve measurable client impact while driving EY’s commercial growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, digital transformation, or strategy roles.
• Proven experience owning and delivering digital or data-driven products end-to-end.
• Experience working with AI, analytics, or data platforms in a client-facing context.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the business product vision for OneEdge, aligned to EY’s strategy and client needs.
• Own the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing features based on client value, feasibility, and commercial impact.
• Translate client and market insights into clear product outcomes and success metrics.
• Partner with technology and data teams to shape AI-driven capabilities, including agentic workflows and LLM-enabled insights.
• Engage with clients to understand problems, validate solutions, and refine product capabilities.
