Job description

At Feeld, we are creating a world where everyone is more intimately connected to each other and themselves. We are building an inclusive, human-centred product and are looking for a Product Manager, Monetisation to become part of our remote team and our mission to elevate the human experience of sexuality and relationships.

You will be responsible for shaping and executing the strategy for how we package and monetise Feeld's offerings, from subscription models to one-time purchases and consumables. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams to identify growth opportunities, optimise pricing strategies, and maximise revenue from both existing and new features.

What you will do:
  1. Identify and implement strategies to increase revenue through in-app purchases, premium features, tiered pricing models, and subscription packages.
  2. Work closely with the product and design teams to define how new and existing features should be packaged and offered to maximize monetization while maintaining a great user experience.
  3. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and emerging monetization models alongside our User Research Team. Use this information to refine and evolve the pricing and packaging strategies.
Requirements
About you:
  • You have a strong understanding of pricing strategies, subscription models, consumables, in-app purchases, and packaging. Experience in optimising monetisation through data-driven strategies.
  • You have experience with mobile app monetization, knowledge of subscription billing platforms, and familiarity with the app store ecosystems (App Store, Google Play) and their commission structures.
  • You can balance business goals with the customer experience and have a strong understanding of user behavior and how it influences pricing and purchasing decisions.
  • You have experience planning and executing pricing experiments and A/B tests to understand customer willingness to pay, optimal price points, and feature adoption rates, using data insights to inform decisions.
Bonus points:
  • Product Management experience with a mobile app offering subscription services.
  • Ownership and tracking of key business metrics related to pricing, subscriptions, and monetization, including revenue growth, churn, ARPU, LTV, and conversion rates.

Our transparent and equitable compensation system includes a baseline salary of £60,000 GBP per year. The estimated total compensation ranges from £95,000 to £127,500 GBP, depending on level, step, and location.

Our interview process:
  1. Initial screening call with our recruiter to discuss your fit and answer questions.
  2. Interview with the hiring manager to explore your experience and suitability.
  3. Candidate challenge to evaluate relevant skills, typically about an hour.
  4. Meet the team to discuss workflows and culture.
  5. Decision within two weeks of final interview, with a flexible start date.
