Job summary

EcoVadis is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a strategic use case end-to-end in a B2B SaaS environment. You will define the customer problem, data dependencies, prototype and roadmap, and drive launch to market outcomes.

You will lead with an AI-native approach, collaborate with engineering and commercial teams, and relentlessly focus on customer outcomes and measurable success in a regulated sustainability domain.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience owning a meaningful product area end-to-end in B2B enterprise SaaS
• Experience prototyping with AI tooling and LLM APIs
• Fluent in English
• Customer-obsessed with feedback from real customers
• Ability to move quickly with incomplete information and make reversible decisions
• Comfort working across strategy, data, prototype and GTM
• Knowledge of regulated, data-rich sustainability or risk domains

Responsibilities

• Set and drive end-to-end vision for the use case (regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization or resilience)
• Define customer experience, identify gaps, and sequence from parity to leadership.
• Understand technical requirements and how competitors and customers solve it.
• Engage with buyers, program owners and co-development accounts.
• Prototype with AI tools to build working demos and test assumptions with customers.
• Collaborate with engineering and other squads to unblock and drive build forward.
• Land what you build with Strategic Use Case Leads and commercial teams.
• Define success metrics and steer decisions with the team.

We analyze data and build sustainability scorecards that give companies actionable insights into their environmental, social and ethical risks. As a Senior Product Manager for one of our Strategic Use Cases, you will own that use case end-to-end — from the customer problem and the data it depends on, through prototype, roadmap and launch, to the outcome in the market.

Set and drive the aligned, end-to-end vision for your use case (regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization or resilience)— what the customer experience should be, where the gaps are, and the sequence from parity to leadership. Understand the technical requirements of your use case, and how other competitors and customers are currently solving it. Take inspiration from everywhere, including partner discussions, conferences, webinars and other resources. Spend real time with buyers, program owners and co-development accounts. Validate problems and solutions first-hand; and build interest from customers and prospects. Use AI prototyping tools to build working demos, spin up lightweight services and test your own assumptions before committing engineering. Show the team what's possible by doing it, not describing it. Work alongside engineering to unblock and drive the build forward, working across multiple areas of the product and platform, collaborating with other tribes and squads whilst executing independently or in partnership. Work hand-in-hand with the Strategic Use Case Leads and commercial teams to land what you build. Define the measures of success, hold yourself and the circle to them, and lead clean persist / pivot / stop decisions.

Typically 10+ years experience, including a track record owning a meaningful product area end-to-end in B2B enterprise SaaS, with real business and customer outcomes to point to.

Enough technical fluency to build — you can prototype with AI tooling, LLM APIs and a scripting language (Python / JavaScript or equivalent) without waiting for engineering to validate every idea.

An AI-native way of working that's already part of how you operate, not an aspiration.

Comfort operating in a regulated, data-rich, sustainability or risk domain — or the curiosity and speed to get there fast.

Sharp problem framing and communication — you walk into the room with a recommendation, not an open question, and you make engineering and design faster by reducing ambiguity.
