EXA Infrastructure is seeking a Product Manager to own and grow the Ethernet and Ultra Low Latency (ULL) portfolio. You will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, shape strategy, and lead initiatives to boost revenues and market competitiveness in a fast-paced telecom environment.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering to deliver features, run market analyses, and build solid business cases.

Formación

• Demonstrable experience owning a telecommunications connectivity product portfolio – Ethernet or Wavelength preferred.
• Experience launching new products or major service enhancements.
• Experience producing business cases and investment proposals.
• Curiosity about technology, customers, networks and commercial challenges; eager to learn.
• Seeks opportunities to develop new skills beyond immediate area.
• Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement across the business.
• Experience in customer and supplier contract negotiation.
• Familiar with IRR, NPV, payback, Capex/Opex/EBITDA concepts.
• Clear communicator with excellent English for proposals and collateral creation.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of Ethernet and ULL product set to maximise top-line revenues.
• Define and maintain product strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Develop multi-year product roadmap based on customer needs and market trends.
• Develop new features to increase demand and ARPU.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for differentiation.
• Gather customer feedback to shape priorities and investment decisions.
• Contribute to business cases with revenue forecasts and ROI analyses.
• Own commercial performance, pricing, discount authority, and deals with sales.
• Support deal P&L, bid support and supplier negotiations.
• Report product KPIs: revenue, margin, pipeline, SLA performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing for positioning, collateral, and demand gen.
• Help improve Product Management practices across the organization.
