EXA Infrastructure is seeking a Product Manager to own and grow the Ethernet and Ultra Low Latency (ULL) portfolio. You will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, shape strategy, and lead initiatives to boost revenues and market competitiveness in a fast-paced telecom environment.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering to deliver features, run market analyses, and build solid business cases.

• Contribute to business cases with revenue forecasts and ROI analyses.
• Own commercial performance, pricing, discount authority, and deals with sales.
• Support deal P&L, bid support and supplier negotiations.
• Report product KPIs: revenue, margin, pipeline, SLA performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing for positioning, collateral, and demand gen.
• Help improve Product Management practices across the organization.

Role Purpose

We are looking for a Product Manager to grow and develop our Ethernet and Ultra Low Latencyportfolio. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of products that are critical to EXA's success, driving commercial performance, customer value and market competitiveness. The successful candidate will also contribute to improving Product Management processes and ways of working across the wider team.

KeyResponsibilities

Working within the wider EXA Product Management team, the
Ethernet and ULL Product Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the product set, with a keen focus on maximising top-line revenues.

• Define and maintain the Ethernet and ULL product strategy, ensuring alignment with EXA's commercial objectives, network capabilities and target markets.

• Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap based on customer requirements, market opportunities, technology evolution and competitive analysis.

• Developing new product features – for instance, technical, commercial, process enhancements - to increase demand and ARPU

• Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer requirements and areas for product differentiation.

• Act as the voice of the customer within EXA, gathering feedback directly from customers, prospects and partners to shape Ethernet and ULL priorities and investment decisions.

• Contribute to business cases for new products, features and investments, including revenue forecasts, investment requirements and return-on-investment analysis.

• Own commercial performance of the Ethernet and ULL portfolio, including revenue growth, profitability, product adoption, customer retention and strategic portfolio development.

• Ownership of price lists and delegation of discount authority.

• Working closely with the sales team to create winning strategies, commercial management including deal P&L and bid support, bespoke contract negotiation and back-to-back supplier negotiation where applicable.

• Reporting on product portfolio KPIs including revenue, margin, pipeline, SLA performance,

• Partnering with Marketing to develop product positioning, messaging, sales enablement materials and demand generation campaigns.

• Support the Head of Product Management in improving Product Management practices across the organisation, including:

• Experience in customer and supplier contract negotiation.

• Comfortable with basic financial concepts such as IRR, NPV, payback, as well as Capex, Opex and EBITDA..

• Clear communicator - Excellent written and verbal English language for proposal writing and collateral creation.
