Neos Networks is seeking an experienced Product Manager in Reading to own the connectivity portfolio, including Ethernet, EoFTTx, DIA/Managed DIA and SD-WAN. You will drive profitability, competitive positioning and customer-focused solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading offerings.

The role requires strong strategic and commercial acumen, with a track record in telecommunications product management and lifecycle leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a Product Management role within B2B telecommunications.
• Experience managing connectivity products (Ethernet, DIA, SD-WAN, etc.).
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Pricing teams.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market processes.
• Experience developing business cases, pricing strategies, and commercial performance plans.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the roadmap for your products.
• Own the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, growth and retirement.
• Develop robust business cases with revenue, margin, and ROI targets.
• Lead pricing and margin optimisation initiatives for competitiveness and profitability.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Digital, and Pricing teams to deliver product outcomes.
• Monitor market trends and customer insights to inform strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Create and maintain product documentation, sales enablement materials, and collateral.
• Present product performance and roadmap updates to senior stakeholders.
