Job summary
Bupa in Salford Quays or Staines is seeking a Product Manager to support Product Engineering's simplification and governance across the product strategy. You will assist senior product managers with delivering preventive pathways, cross segment propositions, and transformations.
You will represent engineering in project meetings, contribute to governance packs, and help design and deliver engineering projects prioritized on the roadmap, while maintaining risk and control culture.
Qualifications
- Product management experience within private medical insurance or financial services domains.
- Experience in defining and managing product improvement plans.
- Experience in risk/incident management and governance.
- Knowledge of terms and conditions review and fair value assessments.
Responsibilities
- Support senior product manager with delivery of preventive pathways and cross-product propositions.
- Represent product engineering in project meetings and governance forums.
- Lead creation and approval of assets for assigned projects and support research briefs.
