Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Product Manager for Product Engineering & Simplification to support ideation, development and build across preventive pathways and product initiatives. You will work with senior PMs and cross-functional teams to ensure governance packs and asset creation are delivered on time.

You will engage in market and customer research inputs, contribute to governance meetings and help translate the product strategy into actionable plans while upholding risk controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• Product management experience, ideally within Private Medical Insurance or General Insurance or Financial Services industries.
• Knowledge of Bupa consumer/corporate PMI products and portfolios.
• Experience in fair value assessments and product reviews.
• Experience in defining and managing product improvement plans.
• Experience in reviewing Terms and Conditions; risk/incident awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support the senior product manager with delivery of preventive pathways and cross-product initiatives.
• Represent product engineering in project meetings and governance forums.
• Lead the creation and approval of assets for assigned projects.
• Support briefing and outputs from market and customer research feeding governance forums.
• Understand how the engineering team fits into the wider health and dental team.
• Promote risk and control culture and ensure regulatory outcomes.
