Job summary

System C is seeking a Product Manager to own end-to-end lifecycle for Social Care and Education solutions. You will translate customer problems into clear product direction and measurable value, collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Services, Finance and senior leaders.

You will own roadmaps, run market insight and user research to inform prioritisation, build robust business cases, and support go-to-market with compelling value propositions and training materials.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing software products in a commercial environment.
• Ability to engage directly with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and accountability for product performance.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate clearly.
• Experience leading or mentoring others in product or delivery.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Creating and owning product roadmaps and release plans aligned to company strategy.
• Using market insight, customer research, and data to inform prioritisation and investment decisions.
• Building and contributing to robust product business cases.
• Working with Engineering to agree delivery plans and unblock issues.
• Leading and supporting Product Owners and Business Analysts to ensure high-quality requirements and outcomes.
• Supporting go-to-market activity through clear value propositions, training materials, and sales enablement content.
• Monitoring market trends, competitors, and win or loss insight to keep products competitive.
