Qualifications

• Typically 4+ years in a software product role with ownership of software-enabled outcomes.
• Proven ability to execute on complex projects.

• Autonomous: sets direction and makes decisions without close oversight.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to squad strategy and execute against it.
• Own the squad roadmap and defend it to stakeholders.
• Lead project management with the tech lead, removing risk proactively.
• Understand users through direct contact and represent the customer voice.
• Work cross-functionally with modellers, software engineers, and analysts to build value.
• Collaborate on methodological discussions ensuring accurate, interpretable insights.
• Become a domain expert translating market realities into requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and foster high-quality execution.
