Job summary

ONI is seeking a Product Manager to own our kit and workflow portfolios, including Discovery Kit, EV Profiler and LNP Profiler. You will ensure sample prep, fluid handling, imaging, analysis and reporting software form a cohesive system with reproducible results across sites.

You will drive the roadmap, collaborate with R&D, quality, and field teams, and lead launches, while growing adoption and maintaining high quality across platforms.

Qualifications

• Life-science background with EVs, LNPs, nanoparticle characterization, imaging, or biophysics is a real plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional development teams and delivering scaled products.
• Proven product management experience in life-science tools or instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for kits and workflows (Discovery Kit, EV Profiler, LNP Profiler).
• Coordinate development across software, hardware, bioware, and field support to ensure coherent products.
• Lead launches with R&D, Marketing and field; define readiness criteria and release notes.
• Drive adoption across sites, balancing quality, usability and new features.
• Analyze post-launch data (adoption, time to first result, feedback) to set priorities.
• Maintain quality and reproducibility across instruments, operators and sites.
