Job summary

ELMO UK is seeking a Product Manager to own a product domain end-to-end, turning company direction into clear priorities, discovery activity, delivery plans and measurable outcomes.

You will own the strategy, roadmap and priorities for your domain, work closely with Engineering, Design and other stakeholders, and ensure the team delivers valuable outcomes for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into product priorities.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, QA and Data teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap and priorities for your domain.
• Lead discovery activities including customer research and market analysis.
• Define KPIs, success metrics and measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver valuable customer and business outcomes.
• Prioritise work, maintain a clear backlog, and guide delivery from discovery to launch.
