Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in digital identity products or solutions (e.g. ID verification, authentication).
• Knowledge of national and international digital identity networks (eIDAS, UK DIATF).
• Working knowledge of AML/KYC regulation and how it shapes identity verification.
• Awareness of regulatory, commercial and market impacts of digital identity adoption.
• Proven track record delivering products from requirements to launch.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Frame business or customer questions and measure outcomes.
• Define clear product and customer requirements across the identity portfolio.
• Design efficient processes to support customer journeys and internal needs.
• Define success metrics for product changes and track outcomes.
• Use experimentation, design thinking and modelling where appropriate.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Commercial and Ops to build roadmaps and GTM plans.
• Collaborate with data and platform teams to improve decision quality.
