Job summary

London Stock Exchange (LSEG) is seeking a Product Manager to join the Digital Identity team, driving business impact through data-driven decisions and shaping onboarding and compliance workflows at scale for global institutions.

You will bridge customers, engineering, sales and commercial teams, framing questions, analyzing outcomes, and delivering measurable value across the identity portfolio with a focus on fraud prevention and verification.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital identity products or solutions (e.g. ID verification, authentication).
• Track record of delivering products from concept to launch.
• Experience with AML/KYC regulations and identity verification requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Own high-impact problems from question to outcome, framing the business question and tracking results.
• Bridge between customers, engineering, sales and commercial teams to translate insights into value.
• Define success metrics for product changes and investments and measure outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Operations leadership to build roadmaps, operational processes and go-to-market decisions.
• Work with data and platform teams to drive decision quality.
