Your Next Challenge

The Digital Product Manager will play a key role in shaping and delivering Moneycorp's digital customer experience, with primary responsibility for the evolution of the Client Portal and Mobile App. The role will be responsible for understanding customer needs, defining product priorities, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, scalable and commercially valuable digital solutions.

Working closely with technology, design, operations, commercial teams, compliance and senior stakeholders, the Digital Product Manager will manage products through the full lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap definition through to delivery, adoption and continuous improvement.

While focused predominantly on customer-facing digital channels, the role will also support the development of Moneycorp's broader digital ecosystem, including API and Host-to-Host (H2H) capabilities, helping to ensure a seamless and connected experience for clients across multiple interaction channels.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong execution skills, balancing customer needs, commercial objectives and technical considerations. They will also contribute to strengthening product management practices and Agile ways of working across the organisation.

What We're Looking For:
Knowledge and Experience:
  • 5+ years' experience in Digital Product Management, or a combination of Product Owner and Product Manager roles, including ownership of product roadmaps, digital platforms and mobile applications.
  • Experience working closely with software engineering teams to deliver digital solutions in Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, user experience principles and data-driven product development, using customer insights and analytics to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Exposure to API-based products, integrations, platform capabilities or Host-to-Host (H2H) solutions is desirable.
  • Experience within Financial Services, FinTech, Payments or a regulated environment.
Skills:
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and drive outcomes.
  • Structured thinking and problem-solving capability
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Product Management, Agile, Scrum or related professional certifications are desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership
  • Contribute to product strategy and translate business objectives into clear priorities, delivery plans and measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Own product initiatives end-to-end, ensuring solutions deliver value, support ROI objectives and are measured against defined success metrics.
Delivery & Backlog Management
  • Own and prioritise the product backlog, defining clear requirements and ensuring alignment to business priorities and roadmap objectives.
  • Partner closely with technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions, supporting testing, release readiness and the resolution of delivery risks and blockers.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
  • Act as the primary bridge between business and technology teams, building strong relationships across key stakeholder groups.
  • Provide clear reporting on progress, risks and outcomes, balancing competing priorities and driving informed decision-making.
Delivery Discipline & Time Management
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring work is effectively planned, prioritised and delivered on time.
  • Balance speed, quality and control, maintaining strong attention to detail throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Team Contribution & Capability Building
  • Contribute to the development of product management best practice, governance and Agile ways of working across the Digital Product function.
  • Share knowledge, support colleagues and help drive consistency in product delivery standards and processes.
Learning & Growth
  • Stay informed on market trends, customer needs and competitor developments to identify opportunities for innovation and product enhancement.
