Nectar is the largest loyalty coalition programme in the UK, so we know our millions of customers well. We build innovative tech on rich first-party data, offering brands insights into customer preferences to drive sales and growth.

Our media agency technology is market-leading, cutting-edge, and fast-moving. You’ll support end-to-end delivery by maintaining a 90-day product roadmap and full-year backlog, prioritising effectively, escalating challenges, and delivering innovative functionality to users.

You’ll work closely with development squads, stakeholders, and third parties, including tech giants, supported by your manager to drive the product forward.

We’re looking for someone bold, curious, resilient, empathetic, and able to connect with stakeholders and teams authentically. You should be comfortable making decisions, challenging assumptions, and taking risks.

About the role:

  • You will own the Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap for Data & Insights.
  • You will drive impactful changes by prioritising based on value, using data and research.
  • You will work within a cross-functional team of engineers, analysts, data scientists, and product managers.
  • You will collaborate with various stakeholders across teams, clients, and third parties to shape features.
  • You will review, optimise, and iterate existing capabilities, and introduce new features to meet customer needs.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a technical, data product, or business analyst role.
  • Ability to drive efficient product processes like agile ceremonies and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and translating business requirements into user stories and sprint goals.
  • Technical curiosity and ability to work with engineers, architects, and third parties.
  • Willingness to learn and develop product skills within a large community.
  • Courage to weigh risks and try new solutions.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a desire to contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Experience with data, insight, or programmatic advertising is a plus.
