Allianz UK is seeking a strong product leader to own the vision and roadmap for Cytora, our AI-powered submission intake automation platform, and to collaborate on adjacent Commercial IT/Digital platforms. You will lead a Product Owner and delivery teams, align priorities with business value, and drive a high-performing, delivery-focused environment.

You will partner with senior stakeholders and our technology partner to sequence enablers, manage risks, and ensure release content meets evolving

Qualifikationen

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap and feature catalogue for Cytora and other Commercial IT/Digital platforms.
• Lead a Product Owner and delivery teams, setting direction and building a delivery-focused environment.
• Prioritise initiatives based on business value, balancing short-term and long-term goals, with Cytora as a key priority.

Aufgaben

• Lead continual improvement roadmap for Cytora and collaborate on other digital tools.
• Drive platform and journey transformation to deliver business and customer outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and align delivery with organisational priorities.
• Oversee releases, governance, testing standards, and technical debt management.
• Support funding alignment and resource planning to deliver roadmap commitments.
