Job summary

Tesco UK in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a data‑driven Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of analytics products. You will shape strategy, roadmaps and delivery across store operations, partnering with analytics, engineering and business leaders.

You will lead MVP discovery, ensure data quality, and translate complex data into actionable insights for colleagues and leadership, enabling measurable store improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data analytics products and roadmaps.
• Ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
• Experience coordinating across engineering and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Formulate vision, strategy and roadmap for analytics across the portfolio.
• Plan and coordinate analytical products with multiple teams.
• Lead discovery and MVPs, prototyping with analysts and engineers.
• Ensure data quality and integrity with data supply/demand teams.
• Break down complex work into deliverable value chunks.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams on priorities.
• Empower Tesco teams to use analytics for performance reviews and insights.
