Job summary

Tesco UK in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of data analytics products. You will translate operational data into actionable insights for store colleagues and leadership, guiding discovery, strategy, and large-scale rollout.

The role focuses on building analytics capabilities, collaborating with engineers and analysts, and delivering measurable improvements in store operations and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Product management experience in data analytics or similar domain.
• Experience delivering MVPs and running experiments to drive data-driven decisions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and writing effective user stories.

Responsibilities

• Formulate vision, strategy and roadmap for analytics products across the data portfolio.
• Plan and co-ordinate Analytical Products with multiple teams.
• Lead discovery for MVPs and prototype validation with analysts/engineers.
• Ensure data quality and integrity with the data supply/demand team.
• Break down complex work into deliverable chunks to accelerate value.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams on priorities.
• Empower Tesco teams to use Analytics for performance reviews and insights.
