Job summary

Forge Holiday Group is seeking a Product Manager – Conversational AI (Owner) to define the strategy and roadmap for AI-powered voice and chat experiences for property owners. You will drive owner satisfaction, efficiency, and commercial outcomes by shaping intelligent owner-facing AI solutions.

You will collaborate with lean cross-functional pods across discovery and delivery, partnering with Design, Engineering, Data, Analytics, Operations and Customer Support to ensure responsible, secure AI

Qualifications

• Experience delivering conversational AI or LLM-based products in live environments.
• Strong Product Management skills including roadmaps and end-to-end delivery.
• Knowledge of AI technologies, intents, dialogue design, retrieval and orchestration.
• Experience defining and measuring AI product quality and outcomes.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows and service architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for owner-facing conversational AI.
• Lead discovery, development, launch, optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Shape AI-powered owner support experiences that simplify interactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve owner satisfaction, query resolution and support efficiency.
• Define and own key performance measures including accuracy, resolution, escalation and adoption.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Design and Data teams to enhance AI capabilities.
